I spent 6 days in Sardinia with the amazing Ascent Climbing Group. From the communication before purchase to being dropped off at the airport at the completion of the trip, this was one of the most incredible experiences of my life! As Brette and Elliott said, Sardinia sells itself, but it was more than that. Brette and Elliott planned and executed a seamless climbing vacation! Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We stayed at the best hotels the area had to offer, had several farm to table experiences (where we were able to sample many of the foods locally produced), smooth transfers to and from locations and climbed in the most spectacular crags! Now for the climbing…Brette, Elliott and Eric provided world class climbing opportunities for all levels! There was something for everyone on this trip. The deep water solo experience was an activity I will never forget along with multi-pitching right along side Brette! I would highly recommend anyone with any level of climbing experience to join this amazing group as you will not be disappointed!

“Sardinia was my first experience climbing outdoors and it was magical. Every detail had intention behind it, the guides and creators of Ascent Climbing wanted us to experience climbing with the love they have for it. It was clear that they wanted anyone who joined the trip (no matter what their climbing skill level was) to enjoy the beauty of Sardinia. Each day had a different type of climb in a different location, which was never tiring because the schedule was timed out perfectly. Wow, just wow! When I signed up for the Mallorca trip, I was certain it couldn’t be as fabulous as the pictures, but it was pretty much an excursion of a lifetime and far exceeded all my expectations. Who wouldn’t want to climb all day in absolutely stunning locations with diverse climbing grades to keep all skill levels fulfilled. And then there were the hotels…sooo luxurious. Our guides Brette, Elliott, and Seba were super encouraging and wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to spend the week with. All in all, the trip was meticulously planned and perfectly executed. And if you need a break from climbing, chilling by the pool, exploring the cute villages, eating delicious food, or just enjoying snacks, swimming, and company at the crag are always options. 10/10 recommend. I’m already planning how I can join another trip.
